Winning programs requires a balancing act between the capture manager (CM), who should be “the voice of the customer” and the Program Manager (PM), who is “the voice of the company.”   When it finally comes down to writing a proposal, the two perspectives are generally reconciled by the proposal manager. 

R3 Technology, Inc., with experience in all three of these roles (Proposal Manager, Capture Manager, and Program Manager), assists with balancing the perspective of these separate components of the effort.  The net result is a bid that meets company objectives with acceptable risks while delivering timely products and services to the customer within the risk and budget factors set by the customer.

ALIGN WITH THE CUSTOMER

R3 Technology, Inc. will help you align your efforts with the customer acquisition process.  Following this process fits naturally into a capture plan.  The customer’s key technical and business personnel are identified, “holes” in the capture plan are noted, and steps are taken to identify opportunities to interact with the customer personnel, capture pertinent information, and update the overall business development plan relative to the opportunity.

This is the time to assess formal and informal customer goals and visions, identifying key issues that can be turned to advantage.  This is the time to help define what is realistic for the customer to achieve given the resources available.
